No matter which style you choose, you should think about how you'll be able to put it onto one of our best strollers: down in the stroller's basket, or would you like to hang it on the stroller's handlebars? If the latter, you should go ahead and buy a diaper bag that includes stroller straps, like several of our top-rated bags. We suspect you'll use that feature a lot. Of course, always use caution when hanging the diaper bag on the handlebars of your stroller: when you take your baby out, the stroller will flip over backwards (unless the bag is super light)! So definitely make sure that the stroller you choose has a nice large basket to fit your diaper bag. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/b2/8e/d4/b28ed4f64ab58913d6bac826c96cc29e--forever--manicure-and-pedicure.jpg
The Nightlight selected the B.F.F. as the best diaper bag and Lucie’s List named it one of its top picks in 2017. It comes in nearly 50 patterns and colors that range from the prim to the nautical, to the adorable (yes, the bag comes in more than one Hello Kitty pattern). In online reviews, owners (mostly moms) rave about the design of its pockets and how easy the bag is to clean. And though there are some complaints that it’s not roomy enough, others say it has plenty of space, even for cloth diapers. “We tried SO many diaper bags before finally investing in this one,” said one owner. “This bag fit all the criteria and more! I can easily fit my cloth diapers, extra outfits, everything for me, her jacket, water bottle, snacks for me, and so much more. I love that it is so easy to care for this bag and I can toss it in the wash.”

The plan is a part of Cuomo's 2019 women's justice agenda, legislation that addresses the gender wage gap, as well as economic and social justice for all New York women. According to a 2017 report from the Institute for Women's Policy Research, 11% of undergraduates, or 2.1 million students, were single mothers as of 2012, which has doubled since 2000. Additionally, that same study found that 4 in 10 women at two-year colleges say that they are likely or very likely to drop out of school due to their dependent care obligations. https://i.pinimg.com/originals/f5/e1/d4/f5e1d4aeddf375ea31f36bb5672ff71e.jpg
Over time, though, something started to shift. I realized I felt trapped by my daughter's feeding schedule. I felt isolated in the fact that she needed me―only me―and that I couldn't ask for help with this monumental task even if I truly needed it. While I was still so grateful that I was able to breastfeed without much difficulty, a growing part of me began fantasizing about the freedom and shared burden that would come if we bottle fed, even just on occasion.

One is a laptop bag that I liked and decided to turn into a diaper bag. It's about the same width and height, but it's only about 4" deep. It could use a few more pockets since it only has the one... the laptop compartment - I use it for diapers, wipes and changing pad. Everything else is in a jumbled heap in the main compartment. Eh, it works. Slightly annoying, but it works. https://i.pinimg.com/736x/64/34/f4/6434f4d4cce85fb06e521a87349a92bd--thirty-one-fall-winter-.jpg

This is one of the biggest bang-for-the-buck diaper bags on this list, with great style and functionality. Note that if you don't like the pinkish coral color, it comes in a ton of additional styles. This diaper bag is a hand-tote that converts into a comfortable diaper backpack. It's very large, though not as large as the SkipHop or SOHO, but it's definitely large and functional enough for most purposes. What we loved about it is that it's only like 35 bucks, and it has some features that make it competitive with the best bags on this list. It has side pockets, one of which has a slit in it so it can dispense baby wipes! It also has a zippered mom pocket on the outside that can fit keys and a phone, and the top zippered compartment is really quite big and well-divided into a main space for diapers, cloths, clothing, toys, etc. It also has a zippered mom pocket on the inside, and an insulated zippered baby bottle pocket on the front that can fit up to 3 bottles (mostly the modern short and wide ones, not the classic tall and narrow ones). It has a clever way of dividing its space, as you can use the front pocket for just bottles, or you can push it back into the main compartment and use it for much larger things. That will end up being a separate space at the bottom of the main compartment, and this works out well because it brings the bottom of the main compartment up much higher (which makes it less likely to lose things in the depth). Overall, we found this diaper backpack to be really excellent for the relatively low price. Don't expect super high quality hand-feel for the fabrics at this price, or expect anything fancy like stroller straps or removable zippered pockets, but we think you'll be surprised with what they've pulled off! From the moment we opened the box, we fell in love with this top-rated Skip Hop diaper bag! It perfectly demonstrates the intersection between style and functionality. For moms with style, it uses a classy New York style colors and black stripe pattern, with light brown leather accents. We loved the look of this tote diaper bag style. But we were even more impressed by the functionality. This baby diaper bag gets things done. It is big, well-made, and has a ton of pockets (11 to be exact). For pockets, let's start on the outside: it has insulated side pockets that were big enough to fit even the widest baby bottles and keep stored at a nicely controlled temperature. Above those on the sides are some small pockets that were very easily accessible and perfect spot for keeping pacifiers. On the front, it has zippered pockets, which we thought were great for mom's personal stuff: car keys, a small wallet, or cell phone. The inside is vast and well-lined for durability and easy cleaning. It has a huge center space, which is perfect for diapers, wipes, changing pads (it comes with a great one!), and toys. A clever divider is put in between the outside handles and the main inside space, which provides even more storage space. These were great for more upright things that you want to slide up & out quickly like diaper cream, sunscreen, and lotion. Overall, we absolutely loved this bag, and it performed very well in our testing for durability, and we think it is very deserving of this spot on our diaper bag list! Cons? A bit pricey, usually around $75. Highly recommended! Interested? Check out the SkipHop Grand Central diaper bag here. https://i.pinimg.com/originals/2f/bd/3d/2fbd3de107872c7114caab7b497f2a1e.jpg

So why buy an actual diaper bag? They’re thoughtfully designed with right-size pockets for essential baby gear, and made with tough material that’s easy to clean—inevitably, milk or juice will spill inside, and crushed crackers will find their way into crevices. Mine has been tossed around in my car, dumped on park benches and dragged across wet grass. I once accidentally left a banana peel in it for a few days. “The diaper bag is for the diapering years,” said Meg Collins, founder of Lucie’s List, a blog that recommends essential baby products for new parents. “It’s meant to keep you organized and sane. You have go-to pockets for your keys, diapers and wipes. You don’t have to think or fumble.” That just may help you escape the house a little more quickly. https://i.pinimg.com/736x/85/8c/5c/858c5c7f61f48c2e534979d026866e59--frugal-tips-girls-night-out.jpg
I have 4 kiddos and currently love the Harbor Side Tote (although the new satchel looks adorable too), from Vilah Bloom! I believe they are based out of Michigan and the company was very attentive when my latest shipment was late. It has a comfortable, detachable cross body option and lots of pockets inside and out. I too, have gone through a ton of diaper bags over the years as our needs have changed. I’m hoping I can use this one for a few more years, since it doesn’t really look like a diaper bag to me! https://i.pinimg.com/236x/82/55/d2/8255d217492b5beacd065848f747c645.jpg

It has plenty of interior and exterior pockets to organize all our stuff (even for all 3 kids). It has shoulder straps and a removable cross-body strap, it has clips to attach it so a stroller, it zips closed (and has a couple zippered outside pockets), it’s big enough but not TOO big, and it’s super cute! In fact, most people don’t even realize it’s a diaper bag until they see the sippy cups popping out! https://i.pinimg.com/originals/b1/85/64/b18564b22b1f84d71edb573c6f05faa4.jpg

I just had a party with Monica Nickerson in West Allis, WI. She was the nicest, quickest to respond ...and most helpful women ever! She brought so many fun things to the show and was interested in what we needed. The show was perfect getting us ready for the holidays. I received the order and everything was beautiful! I’ll definitely be hosting again with Monica, she’s delightful and the products are amazing! I have to start out this post with a confession…I am addicted to bags.  I really am–I love bags and I love getting new bags.  My addiction has paid off because I think I have found you all the ultimate diaper bag!   I have been a fan of the company since I first heard of them because they sell my favorite thing—bags!  They offer all different styles and sizes of bags, and I was lucky enough to work with them to review one of their hostess exclusive  items the Suite Success Tote in Big Dot.  (A hostess exclusive item is an item that only a hostess of a Thirty-One party can purchase.  This item is not available to for regular purchase.)    https://i.pinimg.com/originals/f9/75/79/f97579212b370135c852cdb64f5a40e4.jpg

Our assortment of diaper bags features options to suit every caretaker’s preference, including totes, messenger bags, shoulder bags, and backpacks. There are totes that feature bottle coolers, changing mats, wet bags, and other organizational compartments. Whether you’re looking for a spacious baby bag that attaches to a stroller, a designer style that can double as a purse, or a more compact on-the-go version that works for quick trips in and out of the car, you’ll find tons of options for carrying baby essentials at Amazon. https://i.pinimg.com/345x/72/19/ff/7219ffecc83bb4472cab01be9d5541ae.jpg
Comfortable to carry. We looked for padded straps, good balance, and a low weight. We took a skeptical eye toward bags that, when empty, weigh more than 2 pounds (we did make a few exceptions). Comfort is subjective, and we wanted to find options for people who find backpacks or messenger bags more comfortable than shoulder bags. Bonus points for bags that could be carried in multiple ways. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/da/5f/f7/da5ff7c950c8294ff812bf8282dea98b.jpg

We did not consider cult-favorite brand Timi & Leslie because almost all of its bags are made with leather and weigh 2 pounds or more. The OiOi and JJ Cole diaper bags are also on the heavier side, according to their online specs. We were intrigued by some of the newest diaper bags available, such as the Boken Diaper Bag, a lightweight, convertible diaper bag, and the Paperclip Diaper Bag, aimed at dads, with a built-in changing station for when a changing table isn’t available in the men’s restroom. (Like the Petunia Pickle Bottom boxy backpack, the changing pad folds out from the front of the bag; the Paperclip also has a wall on both sides.). Unfortunately, enough customers complained about broken zippers with the Boken Diaper Bag that we decided to hold off on field-testing it, and at the time of our review, the Paperclip Diaper Bag cost over $200. https://i.pinimg.com/736x/f4/f5/d7/f4f5d7c98ec77306c41b447dcd43447a.jpg

Beyond comfort, the B.F.F. earns its name thanks to its multiple mom-friendly features: Teflon-treated, stain-repelling outer fabric, an antimicrobial interior lining that reduces odor-causing bacteria and mildew (in case, you know, a bottle spills and you forget about it), and the ability to toss the whole thing in the washing machine if, despite all of the above, it needs a good cleaning. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/a6/bb/37/a6bb3765cf96931cdeccb3ad91f23da3---gifts-thirty-one-gifts.jpg

Do you like the SkipHop Grand Central, but think it's a bit too pricey? Then this tote diaper bag is definitely the next-best option for you. This awesome diaper bag, the SOHO Grand Central, is similarly styled with some very similar functionalities, but at about half the price. While the SkipHop has most features integrated right into the bag, this one takes a different approach and has them as separate pieces. There's a separate zippered and insulated baby bottle bag, a separate diaper clutch (for disposable or cloth diapers, of course!), changing pad, toiletries bag, and a little wallet. It has 5 different little bags for various things, it took a while to figure out what it was all about. But once we did, we loved it. Being able to take everything out separately is a different style, but we got used to it and ended up liking it. Going to the register at Starbucks? Just bring the wallet part. Going to a bench to bottle feed? Just bring the bottle pouch. It made some sense, and also made cleaning a bit easier when you can wash each part separately. Like the SkipHop it has zippered front pockets, convenient side exterior pockets for pacifiers, and is overall about the same size as the SkipHop, though the opening did stretch a bit wider overall. It includes some stroller straps, which are a nice touch, though definitely use caution with a heavy diaper bag to prevent the stroller from tipping over backwards. The quality isn't quite on par with the SkipHop, especially in terms of the inner liner, seams, and zippers, but we thought at about half the price it deserved a high spot on our best diaper bags list. Highly recommended! Interested? Check out the SOHO Grand Central diaper bag here.
A tip that I wish I had figured out a lot sooner… cosmetic bags are a GREAT “rectangular” size to hold a few diapers and a small wipes pack, plus some other small items (WetWipes, etc). I have several of these diaper “clutches”… they can easily go in and out of our larger diaper bag, and I keep one in each car. I like them a lot better than the true “diaper clutches” that are sold – I don’t need something bulky/fancy that folds out into a changing pad, etc! I have found good size bags at WalMart and Harmon. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/eb/b3/b4/ebb3b4e7766eafb28c554cf73bfa1fc4.jpg

I absolutely love Thirty-One Gifts! My consultant Jessica (from Sacramento, CA) is an amazing consultant and goes above and beyond to make her customers feel like family! I travel a lot and I am able to take my Away We Go Roller, ZipTop Utility Tote (with deluxe swap it pocket) and my Organizing Shoulder Bag for a 3-4 day trip and carry everything on the plane. I can't believe how organized I can be when traveling. I wish that the Away We Go roller was in the catalog to order as I receive so many compliments on it. My husband loves his Well Suited Garment Tote and it keeps his suit from wrinkling and fits perfectly on my Away We Go Roller for flying. Please keep up the amazing work and I look forward to doing more shopping and hosting a party with the upcoming fall catalog!!! https://i.pinimg.com/236x/e3/a1/0d/e3a10def3f34c4d28d8d6818cbb3bd09--avon-representative-avon-online.jpg

There are elastic holders on one of the sides for two water bottles or baby bottles, plus lots of pockets to organize everything.  I really like that there is a thermal lined pocket on the inside of the tote for a sandwich or some cheese sticks.  It is big enough to hold lunch for one or snacks for 4.  It really makes this bag an all-in-one option so you do not need to take a lunch bag or cooler unless you need more than a snack or single lunch.  The middle compartment has a zipper closure that I keep my personal items in like my wallet.  I like that I can zip it up and know it is secure but then the compartments on either side are open for easy access to wipes, or toys that I may need to grab quickly.

1) I'm letting go of guilt because...I shouldn't feel guilty about sharing the connection with my baby. It's true that now I'm no longer the only one who can feed and comfort her any time of day or night. But what that really means is that now the door is open for other people who love her (my partner, grandparents, older siblings) to take part in this incredible gift. The first time I watched my husband's eyes light up as he fed our baby, I knew that I had made the right choice. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/9b/f1/9c/9bf19c5865c16aca480b650a26c9d767.jpg
Expecting twins? Skip Hop’s signature Duo diaper bag comes in a bigger model that’s perfect for parents of multiples or those with two under two. The Duo Double’s generous size—it’s 18 inches long and 13.25 inches high—and 16 pockets (including two insulated bottle pockets) make it an ideal diaper bag for parents who need to tote around two of everything. Plus, the Duo Double boasts that it’s the only diaper bag designed for specifically for side-by-side double strollers. (In fact, it’s not for use with single strollers). It also has tote straps and a removable messenger strap, as well as an included changing pad.

When the time came to ditch the diaper bag, I jumped for joy. I never liked toting around a huge bag, but was still surprised that even though I now have a five-year-old, we still cart around a lot of stuff! Now that we are involved in school and sports, it turns out I still need a decent bag that’s both functional and stylish. Just as we signed up for the upcoming summer swim team (that requires tons of swim accessories!), one of my favorite companies released a baby line- Baby by Thirty One! https://i.pinimg.com/236x/46/6b/f7/466bf7ecb298b345300fd7bab13173e1--guatemalan-textiles-boho-bags.jpg

I spent entirely too much time looking for the perfect diaper bag. I narrowed it down to three and this one was 50% off so I got it! I’ve had it for 3 months with baby and I love it! Has a good amount of room that I can fit all my babe’s items (diapers, wipes, bottles, extra clothes, blanket, changing pad, a toy) along with my wallet, keys & phone. My husband likes that it’s black and doesn’t look like a diaper bag. The ONLY bad thing is I tend to pack heavy when we go on a day trip and when I ... read more Click to read full text of review titled "Perfect size for on the go". https://i.pinimg.com/236x/5e/81/0c/5e810c09cabf596eb5c1b98e9e001989--face-makeup-hair-and-makeup.jpg
This tote caught my eye on the website with the three separate compartments and extra pockets for organizing, but I really had no idea how much I would love this bag until I took it with me a few times to church and running errands around town.  I can hold EVERYTHING I need in this one bag with room to spare!  My Suite Success Tote was packed to the brim today and I dumped everything out and took a picture to show you how much you can put inside this bag.  I am even missing an outfit (the baby’s change of clothes got used today, and our snacks got eaten before the picture so add that stuff in your mind too.)

To figure out how big of a baby diaper bag you'll need, put some thought into how many things you'll want to be carrying around. It's not just for baby diapers and baby essentials (dont' forget nipple cream, lotions, baby sunscreen, and maybe even one of the smaller best breast pumps), but the baby bag will also be responsible for holding the contents of your purse unless you plan on carrying both the baby bag and your purse around all day (which we don't suggest!). So that means you'll want to make sure the baby diaper bag is big enough to hold all of the baby essentials along with things like your wallet, keys, lip balm, tissues, makeup, sunglasses, and anything else you carry around in your purse on a daily basis. Otherwise it's not really about finding the right diaper bags for moms, it becomes more about shoving in all the baby stuff and leaving mom's things behind!
Additionally, that same study found that 4 in 10 women at two-year colleges say that they are likely or very likely to drop out of school due to their dependent care obligations. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/2c/5d/c8/2c5dc897bbbcf0912cb09e3247e7d0e2--amazing-nature-what-to-use.jpg

Aside from features and functionality, preferences and personal style will definitely attract some people to the B.F.F. The look of this bag is simply more suited to some people than the Skip Hop. And having tested both side by side, we consider each a good value. But let’s be honest, if you are ready to pay nearly $200 for a diaper bag, you’re probably not considering this against the Skip Hop. If it were our money, we’d rather buy this than one of the other similarly priced bags out there. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/d9/66/a0/d966a02f113b66c344781cc29f2b8b36.jpg
My kids are no longer babies nor am I expecting, but my plans were to use this bag as an everyday bag/purse. The bag is large, but not overdoing it. The style and shape are honestly perfect and does not reflect the appearance of a standard diaper bag - which is why I believe it makes it so much more appealing. You have a lot of pockets and organization space, a HUGE plus whether you're a mom or just a busy woman always on the go. The outside of the bag has 5 large pouch pockets and 1 cell phone pouch, which is a signature design of Thirty-One bags. The way it is styled, you have 2 pouches on one part of the bag, one pouch on each side (perfect for drinks, bottles, etc), and then a large snap pouch on the back of the bag. Above that is where cell phone pouch is located. So a lot of places for when you have to "grab and drop" things in the bag and don't have time to actually put them away. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/71/d8/67/71d8677a583a7d515e8b54e42f125e8b.jpg
“It is time to break the silence about children’s mental health and with the support of mission-driven partners like Thirty-One Gifts, together, we can set the foundation for helping children not just in our own backyard, but also provide critical resources to children and families around the country,” said Niki Shafer, senior vice president, Outreach, Nationwide Children’s Hospital Foundation.

We also asked parents (including one mom of six) about what they loved or hated about their diaper bag (or diaper backpack). Some parents splurged, others got by with a free diaper bag from a hospital, and almost everyone shared the bag with a partner, nanny, or relative. We considered a wide range of parenting preferences and lifestyles. Multiple kids, cloth diapers, frequent travel, sharing with family members, stowing a bag under a stroller or shouldering it along with a baby carrier—it all affects what you need. For some parents, the look and style of the diaper bag may matter just as much as its form and function.

This was especially true when it came to feeding. Originally, I told myself we would breastfeed―exclusively. I had built up the idea in my mind that this was the correct way of feeding my child, and that anything else was somehow cheating. Plus, I love the connection it brought us, and so many of my favorite early memories are just my baby and me (at all hours of night), as close as two people can be as I fed her from my breast. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/e3/81/e9/e381e9ad642d42a700327e1f6261b78e---ideas-thirty-one.jpg
